What is on offer?

This annual Art Award was instigated to celebrate and honour Casterton born artist Clarice Beckett.  Her work, largely ignored until after her premature death, is now appreciated and much sought after.  Clarice Beckett said of her own work, “My pictures, like music, should speak for themselves.”  She serves as an inspiration to all artists.

The Award offers artists working in all mediums the opportunity of a ‘fair go’, with $1,000 in prizes.

Opening and Awards Friday 7th June at 6 pm.  Admission $10 at the door, includes drinks and nibbles.

Exhibition: Sat 8th and Sun 9th from 9:30 am till 4 pm.  Gold Coin donation.
