Artist workshop Virginia Ryan

What is on offer?

IN SITU
AN INSPIRING COMMUNITY ARTS EXPERIENCE WITH ARTIST VIRGINIA RYAN

Chameleon Arts (Balmoral) invites you to participate in their community arts project. You can participate in a few ways; by visiting the Open Studios, Workshops or by sharing memorabilia.

Five large artworks will be created over six weeks in January-February 2019, reflecting memories and meaning of the place in which we live. These five pieces are part of a larger international project and form its Australian content.

Sharing Memorabilia: we invite you to contribute small objects, memorabilia, threads and yarn, pieces of fabric, something from the farm, photographs (we can photocopy) ~ anything that reminds you of your place, your community or locality. These objects will become part of the artworks.

Balmoral Post Office is now collecting objects & memorabilia. They look forward to your participation in this wonderful project and to receiving your special items.
